RA23/28 tailshaft

Hi, anyone have a RA23/28 tailshaft that is in good condition? Mainly concerned about the rubber bearing thing in the middle.
The rubber on mine has collapsed, perished and the tailshaft doesn't sit in the center of it anymore.
Probably only after something in Syd area as not an easy/cheap item to post.
