Kenwood HU woes

Just wired up a Kenwood KDC1020 cd head unit in my car...
Unit will not turn on. Getting no power.
wiring is right.
unit gets:
11.3v from battery wire
0.18V from acc wire (ign off)
11.71V from acc wire (ign acc)
11.40V from acc wire (ign on)
these are ok arent they?
Methinks the HU has crapped itself.

Me think so to... Looks like you need to get another unit or find an old head unit and see if it works as well

if u wana drive to my place u can plug in my kenwood unit to check
kenwoods are usually the same plug so should use ur wiring!

yeh...draven must have removed it.
*off topic*
also do you know what the cable under the passenger side carpet is...some have suggested its for a cb or something...kinda looks like a coax cable.
and there is another coax cable with the end snipped off hanging out near the bonnet release lever...
any ideas on these?

passenger side is an old car fone aerial
not sur e about the driver side one
