17inch Speedy Wheels (What do ya think?)

Hi,
In my never-ending search for nice big wheels for my car, I found something that looks nice.
It's the Speedy Wheels Lite-6 wheel. Here is the URL:-

These are 17inchers and I'd like to know from the old Celica heads if such a beast would fit my car. The car is an RA25, but it has the same running gear as the TA22. No doubt I'd have to shod some lo-pro tyres. But they come with a 4-stud pattern. The Lite-7's look okay and you can get 18inchers with 4studs in these ones.
Please, someone who has done this (ie rim size, tyre profile, offest and all that shit) illuminate me.

17s look smikk,but go the 5spokes...the 6 spokes look BOHK!

The lite-7's look heaps better than the 6's. But i'd be goind after something like the gold Spyder's or the Envy HP. On my brothers celica these would look mad.

You may want to check with the dealers if they will fit, as I've been serching out some rims for my TA22 and there is only a small few that still come in a -20 offset to suit. That's assuming the RA25 has the same offset...

Yeah I asked what the price would be for a set of 16" Speedy Hyperfangs and tyres for my RA23 and I got quoted $280 for each mag and $1720 for a set with tyres. That was from Bob Jane I think.. the guy said that only a couple of Speedy wheels have the right offset, or he said something about custom made offset I can't remember cuz I was basically walking out of the store by then 
I've seen someone sell a set of 16" Hyperfangs with good tyres for $400 online.

Personally i'd recommend going for 16's, the 17's are a bit excessive on the older celicas. heres a shot of 17's on a TA22.
I agree with EvilJack, that style of rims in a 16 look awesome on the older celicas.

Damn thats a fine looking TA22, i think i'll save up for that instead a new corolla. How much is a TA22 in good condition?

i'll agree that the lite-7's look waaaay better and more suited to the car. simmons p-90 (i think) also look really good for the ta22
as for dimmy - a pretty decent example of a ta22 will go around 3-4k and probably have a 2tg. there's a couple on the forums at the moment that look good in that range
