normally they would be connected behind the ignition barrel

A normal turbo timer will connect to:
-Permanent +12V
-Ground
-Accessories
-Ignition
-Handbrake

and generally people connect the wires fairly close to the keybarrel plug. (except the handbrake)

If your turbo timer "just cut out" most likely one of the relays fried due to being over driven... the little relays can usually only handle a few amps and can't drive things like aircon etc.

im a bit of a DYI king with everything though when it came to my turbo timer i just took it to a sparky and got it hooked up Very Happy i didnt want to go messin around behind there for some weird reson, though i had no issues with hacking into the wiring loom to install the emanage??? the moral of the oral if your not too sure take it to a sparky might save you money in the long run...
