Electric Windows

Hi,
I'm not a big fan of electric windows, but my car has them and they are so sloooooooooooooooooooow, especially on winding up.
What's the maintenance on these things? Do I just give it a good greasing or what? None of my manuals describe electric windows and I'm interested if anyone has done maintenance on these things before and can give me any pointers.
It's just mechanical stuff, so I'm sure it's not too hard, but any ideas would be appreciated.

Yep you most likely need to lube up the runners.
The dry grease sticks work well for this!

Yeah could do that but then witzl would most likely sit down at his computer and accidentally start posting as me.
