ok, i just built a 3t put in a brand new oil pump etc... but at idle when the oil is hot (been driving round for 20mins or so) i have about 7psi oil pressure when cruising got plenty 30+psi of pressure. ive tried different oils and still roughly same pressure. anyone had this problem before? and ive tried different gauges (mechanical) still same
im running a 3t in my TA22 but dont use a guage just the oil light... my light goes on when i start the car cause the drive chain is loose but other than that it is always off... so i cant help with exact pressure figures but the oil pressure will always bve dranmatically lower when idling compared to when driving
