i have a pair of cut rear springs from ra40... they have been lowered but it wasnt low enuff for me so i cut them lower they aint that much lower then the standard drop on my ra40 .. they will fir in the back of your 28.
bout a 2 inch drop i would say.

I have both KMAC and GT Celica springs that have been professionally reset, to suit a RA28. You can see the ride height of the GT springs in the pictures of the RA28 in my signature link. Will PM you some details.
