i'd be tempted to give them a go... seems multiples of 10 would a good idea though...
manifold flanges? throttle bodies?
i might knock up a few designs and see what pricing is like...
any parts ppl would be interested in?

23/28/40 won't interchange with later model 60/61/... when using standard struts.

I've wasted many hours designing stuff on this site.
RCA's would be pretty cheap, i knocked up a rough drawing of one (I just plugged in some random hole sizes, but it would be pretty close):

To have two 35mm RCA's milled out of aluminium and anodised Blue would be around us$230 delivered (AU$313).
Get 5 people together for a group buy and the price drops to us$63 per pair, delivered (AU$86). 
(plus postage to send them out to the other group buy people)
Save us$12 if you don't have anodising (AU$16 off).
The best part is, there isn't really a size limit, you can have 60mm RCA's made up if you really want.
Just need to measure hole sizes and spacing off of a retail product, draw it up and you're away.
...Now, if i can borrow someones Rx7 to AE86 Caliper adapter plate...

what are these RCA's i hear about
a whole stack of 18RG head timing inspection covers {the ones that have the 18RG/RGU ect ect stoicker on them} made out of billet with a nice logo embossed if possible
