Toymods is going golfing! Bring out the grandpacars Very Happy

We're heading over to the Northern Beaches to
Pirates Mini Golf
1500 Pittwater Road, Narrabeen

The plan is to meet there at 12.00pm for the traditional Toymods sausage sandwiches (and the newly introduced rissole sandwich) washed down with a refreshing carbonated beverage! Razz
Then we hit the greens... there are two awesome courses to play through (36 holes), comprising of ships, coffins, caves plus plenty of twists and turns over TWO LEVELS!
For those who just wish to watch, bring some chairs and relax under the sun on the deck right in the middle of the course. Also, there may be a possibility of Playstation to keep the young ones entertained...

I hope to see a few checkered/baggy pants and golf hats wondering around. You may even be rewarded for diggin' grandpa/granma's best dress out of mothballs.

You ask how much for all this... the Mini Golf will only cost $12.00 per adult and $8.00 for the kids. And the BBQ will be the normal cost. There is also a kiosk available for all other sorts of treats!

This is the best course I've seen and it's still being improved, and for the cost, how can you go wrong!

I wanna go - I'm a huge mini-golf fan and don't get out there enough. Although not having a car on the road doesn't really help matters either. Rolling Eyes

Always a chance of a cruise after... it'll probably all depend on interest and numbers. If anyone's interested in a cruise after mini-golf, let it be known and I'll get something organised!! Very Happy

Bugger - Turns out I'm going to be up in Coffs for the Saturday night and have to come straight back for a late family lunch so I'm probably going to miss this Sad

If the lunch plans get cancelled I'll come straight to Putt Putt when I get back though.

P.S. Great day Dav, thanks for organising. To those who wussed out, you suck. I drove all the way from Revesby today (leaving at 1:45pm) and still got there in time to play 18 holes and have 70 shots on the driving range, all for around $20!!!!

Was a great day, laughed quite a large proportion of the day at both the display of golfing prowess on display and other more amusing things happening around my little group in particular.

Good times, although i think west ryde next time, 3 courses and more obstacles, but nevertheless enjoyable.

It was a great day thanks fellas. I must say in my drive trying to find the place I saw a number of other "lost" looking MR2's and Celicas, none of which eventually turned up Very Happy I wonder how many people "tried" to come. hhehehe. Thanks for a great day Dav & it was great to meet you all. My first round sucked, but second round, well I managed to come 2nd.

Yeah I had a great day.

Thanks to everyone that came ready for a best dressed title.

Had a blast with the 5 guys I was putting with. Couldn't stop laughing, particularly watching little black balls disappearing over the horizon.
