new setup for TA22

been looking for a new setup from the basic 3t ive got now.
ive called up a Asian importers, and they have offered me a front-cut 4age with the whole kit. im now just wondering how easy it is to drop this into the car (1974 TA22).
the price was $2000 for the whole front-cut. is that a good price?
