i jus bought a new auto technica steerin wheel and boss kit for my AE82 and i cant get tha horn and steering lock wont work any1 know how to fix it?

Buy one of them stickers that says "horn not working, watch for finger"

make sure the contact on the horn button touches the boss kit.

Sounds like the horn button doesn't have an earth connection,..
as for the steering lock,.. have you tried putting your key in the ignition, turning the key once, and give the wheel a shake???

hrm.
it needs to touch, otherwise it wont have a complete circuit... and the horn...wont work.
if your old button didnt touch but still worked, then perhaps it earthed somewhere else, or the contact moved when u pressed the button or something.
just bend the contact till it touches the bosskit.
