 Celica Drive layout info pls

Hey all,
I need some basic info about a few of the Celica models. I need to know what drive layout they have (eg. FWD, RWD, AWD).
Models: RA65 XT and ST, ST162 ST and SX, ST184 SX and ST.

All Celica's up to the end of 1985 are RWD, so TA22, TA23, RA23/28, RA40, RA60, SA63 and RA65.
The ST162, ST184, ST204 and ZZT 231 are FWD.
The ST165, ST185 and ST205 are 4WD.
