There are lots around. But at that price, not with RWC.
Check in the trading post, there are heaps under a 1000. But you'll need soemone dodgy to get you a RWC

ok ok, no rwc, just a KE70 that can move (this means an accelerator, not human power  )
Dont mind what engine aslong as the thing works, the shell doesnt concern me much (rust does a bit, but dont mind a little bit).
