place in brisbane called prestige computers. they custom make laptops, you could try them. or try www.gamedude.com maybe .au aswell they're really good on price - best in qld [Report message to a moderator]

Have you checked the power supply is working alright and that your battery is fine if its not charging? http://www.trinix.com.au/ these guys seem to deal with excel laptops, maybe try get in touch with them about your problem. [Report message to a moderator]
