GZE vs GE wiring looms/ecu etc

Just wondering how much trouble it is to swap over from a 4AGE comp to a GZE computer. Are the looms and plugs into ECU very similar? Just thinking down the track, in process of researching for turboing a blue top GE. Even if swap motor for GZE later can most of the wiring stay and plug up to accessories/sensors etc on motor. I guess AFM/Map differences will change things.
Thanks

There was some article written by some dude who has done the conversion and gave a detailed process, and said what the differences in looms were.
If i find the site again, i will post it for you.

ok, questions questions questions.
Bigport ECU's have the yellow plugs if memory serves rightly, which are totally different from the smallport grey plugs.
I only know the smallport ECU's so i can say that NO, all the plugs are different.
Both ECU's have 3 plugs, but the number of pins is completely different. The GZE has a fair few more plugs over the GE.
