5M-E Oxygen sensor?

Did the 5m-e's have an oxygen sensor (I get piss poor fuel economy out of my 5m-e beast...).
Can you buy them new still? The exhaust manifold has a covered hole for one so I'm guessing they came with them at one time or another?
Anyway if you have a 5me can you let me know if you have an O2 sensor or not?

Aus delivered ones didn't have an oxygen sensor, but JDM, US and Euro ones did (they ran ULP whereas we ran leaded). They also had a different ECU - the pin for the O2 sensor exists but it is a dead link in our ECUs. So fitting an O2 sensor will not make any difference.
