mates house got robbed sometime last week... and they got their hands on a fair bit of stuff..
most importantly to my mate..
they took his engine and gearbox housing for his project torana...
so ppls just wanna keep and eye out.. it would be a great help..
Engine was a holden 5Ltr stroked to a 350 with harrop (?) crank and other internals...
gearbox was a new 6 speed housing only...
couple of other things like a new chainsaw and his 2003 xr50 mini bike (with large handle bars)... but i figure the engine would be an easier one to spot...
so if ne one can help it would be great
if you hear somthin just send me a PM and i'll relay the info to him...
No chance there was an engine number? Although that would disappear pretty quickly anyway... If I hear anyone talking about buying a cheap stroker I'll letcha know.
that shite is f*cked up.. similar thing happened to one of my mates-someone stole his stereo, custom cooler and other bits and pieces out of his project cordia in his garage, and it ended up being a guy that he knew.
so chances are it could probably be someone that knew your mate, and knew what he had in the garage..
