Sydney Traffic info needed

Hope someone can answer this for me.
How long would it take to get from Pennant Hills to Granville in the morning peak hour traffic (about 6.30 to 7.00) down there?
Reason i ask is i have to get to Granville by about 7.30 tomorrow morning and figured if i left Newcastle bout 5.00 that should be heaps of time.
But i don't want to get caught out with traffic so if someone can give me a rough guesstimate that would be helpful as i can alter the start time to suit.
Thanks in advance

check http://www.whereis.com.au and fill out the spaces under 'directions' and that will give you a rough time and distance...
Then add sufficient time for traffic...

Thanks for the info was really helpful.
Managed to miss most of the traffic on the way down there, but getting back out of the place was a different story.
Still it's all good and i saved $700 by getting a new box at Granville instead of Newcastle.
