i have a ae92 csi ltd with a 4afe. i have so far fitted a CAI, pod filter and a cat back exhaust. what more can i do to get a little more out of this engine. will 4age extractors fit this engine? or will i need to custom ones made? what other mods can i do that are relatively cheap?
oh, and dont tell me to ditch the engine for a 4agze, im a struggling student and barely have enough cash to keep a full tank of petrol in the car, let alone afford an engine conversion (at the moment anyway).
thanks.

Dude - if you can barely aford to run an FE then anything with more performance will send you broke. Beyond the mods you've already got the simplest mod may well be to slot in a 4a-GE. You might just be able to do this for less than $1k. Otherwise - keep saving until you can afford a better car and don't pour money into simething that will always be mediocre.
just my 2c.
cheers

Agreed... The extractors on the FE will help it rev a bit more, Hurricane heads are available off the shelf for it, but @ $600 complete, the 4AGE would offer itself to better gains.
