S13 xmember into AE86/RA28?etc

Hey has anyone ever looked at the option of putting a S13 xmember into a early Toyota?
Reasons for thinking about this are it might be good option to have S13 xmember with steering rack, control arms, hubs/brakes, struts etc. Basically a whole S13 front end.
I've never seen the xmembers though so cannot comment on how hard they would be to fit or if they are way too wide etc.
Not really the kind of thing you find at the wreckers so yeah.. Thought maybe someone out there has heard about this before or looked at the option..
