Get a 5K, if you want an engine to bolt straght in. Change the Dizzy to a Bosch, they have a better ignition advance curve than the Nippondenso units.
While you are at it slip in a 5 speeed from the same donor car.

any thing else i was thinking some thing a bit later and a little more capasity and a bit more balls so i can have a bit of fun with the car

If it's not K it won't bolt in. You could try a 7K from Townace, though that may be fuel injected..?

HEY GUESS WHAT, IF YOU WANT TO PUT A BETTER ENGINE IN YOUR CAR YOU HAVE TO EXPEND SOME EFFORT, NOT ALOT ELSE BOLTS IN!
