A funny story about servicing my car!!!! Worth a read!! Sat, 31 July 2004 07:42 Go to next message
Where to start,
Today I did an oil change at work, had my oil filter next to me and yeah started doing it. I noticed some oil leaking from the cam covers, so i decided to get the screw driver out and see how tight/loose these screws really were. As i started turning the screw driver this was my face Shocked . The screws could have been turned with a toothpick if u tried hard enough hahahhaa, in other words they were LOOSE, i got about 3 turns on nearly every screw.... She drives a lot smoother now, TVIS at around 5500ish kicks in a lot harder now, the tone changes at yeah around that now. (i know tvis kicks in at about 4300 lol but yeah were talking higher up on rev range)

So yeah She goes harder now, just if only i could get my radiator fixed everything will be all well and good.
Its pissing out of the top tank DOH...
I only drive where i HAVE to at the moment

Thought u might like my story
Oil change made the engine run smoother too

Regards
Adrian!!!

Hey
Yeah i reckon hahaha
Wonder if i could check if mine are loose, sometimes when u take off it seems like it has a bit of a jolt to it when it grabs the clutch but i'm pretty sure thats the cv joints...
Cv are gone!
