MX73 Cressida with the 5MGE in it, just done the head gasket on it and replaced it hooked everything up the way it was now the car wont turn off any ideas, is there a relay that would do this or something, or if i cant fix it where can i put a kill swich on this motor

Usually this happens due to an excessive carbon buildup on your pistons.
Did you check & clean your pistons when you had the head gasket off?
A blown head gasket could have hidden the dieseling problem if it was blown between one of the water jackets and one of your pistons.

you can always conect a wire to the negative on the coil to a button which is connected to earth. this will kill the engine. but best to find out wot is causing it first.

check that your thurmo fan is not generating feed back my car had this problem once and it would keep running for about 30 seconds after I turned it off

to be honest i would nt even have a clue, for that matter what a thermal diode is at the moment ive put a kill swich from my coil to a swich in the cab so...
