I think the problem with this car is like this.
AE82 rolla running 4age 100kw on an 86kw ecu.
will cost around $200 for the parts (100kw ecu and loom) to fix it so it runs smooth.
So do we now have any serious offers??

Gunner, i'm going to come down and have a look some time this week with my brother, i spoke to beast about it yesterday and he said i could come down.
Do you know where i could sorce the ECU from? do you reckon it would be worth my time getting a aftermarket one? microtech or something?
Let me know what you think, just hope youll tell me everything wrong with it before i hand the cash over.
Cheers

Hey mate, the car goes hard just not as god as it could if it had the propper ecu.
There is a wrecker i can get the ecu and complete loom from for about $250 along with most of the engine sensors, that are needed.
if you shop around you will get it cheaper.
Apart from that the gearbox syncros are a little worse for wear.
On the upside it has new lowered king springs.

Cool, well i sourced a ae92 100kw box for it... thats the easy fix.
Not sure who i could get to put the new ECU in, how much do you think a auto electrician would charge? is it a hard job? i haven't even played around with the ECU.
I have got a few spare $$ to fix these problems, as long as it won't cost me a shitload.
are you home normally during the week?
Cheers
