You might want to give us some idea of what you want. For example, do you want a big car or a small car? 2 doors or 4? Sporty or practical? There's a lot of cars available for $3k or less!

alright, i would like a small car, like ae86 size, 2 doors or 4 doesn't matter, hatchback would be good. and... i hope it has good control and manual, cos i need a car to practise.

there's a MA61 on sale here for about 3K, slightly larger than ae86  but still good
