What i would like to know is can i run my 84 st141 with a 2s-c on unleaded as i have received mixed response on this and also will a celica 5 speed be an easy conversion into my car

Any Toyota engine with an alloy head has hardened valve seats, so it will run fine on unleaded. If it pings on regular ULP, use premium ULP... but from memory this engines have a pretty low compression ratio so that's probably not necessary.
You can swap in a Celica 5-speed but you need to get one from an SA63, otherwise the bellhousing will be wrong.
