2002 Tarago - Rim Offset ? Wed, 04 August 2004 04:20 Go to next message
Hi guys, (this is my first post).
I own a 2002 Champagne Gold Tarago. (Yeah I know - not a real sporty car or hotty but its a Toyota and I have 7 children!).
Anyway, I never leave my cars standard so...
so far we have tinted the windows (dark!) and added an Alpine 9833 headunit.
We wish to look for a set of rims. It currently has 15" on it and sits up high like a 4WD!

Does anyone know the offset for these cars ?
I know where I can get a set of rims but I'm not sure if they will fit. They are 17x8, stud pattern of 5x114.3 and offsets of 2x +50 and 2x +45.

Also...
Is there anyone else on this site who is a Tarago owner ?
Have you changed your wheels or lowered it ?
What wheels do you think will match a light gold car ?

P.S. Great side guys - love reading your discussons.

If your Tarago has the factory rims fitted, the offset should be on the rim itself somewhere. That's the case for older Toyotas anyway, not so sure about newer ones.

Std rims were 6.5" x 15" and offset was +50.

May have troubles with the sticking so far out - it would pay to do a check fit.

Cheers
