hey i am currently doing a 4agze conversion in my ke 30, does anyone know what i have to do with the mounts as i am having a bit of trouble with them. thanks

ahh, all you need to do is make them fit?
pick what rubber mounts you want, then put them on the cross-member, and see if it is feasible to make rubber to block mounts. if not, you'll need to get the cross-member mounts changed.
personally, i'd keep the RWD 4AG engine to rubber mounts, and modify the rubber/x-member mounts.
it's all just leggo
