How custom are you looking to go. are u gonna remove the spare wheel or build the tank around it. How much money u looking to spend. we build them at work but am unsure of a price on them. Cal us for a rough quote HI-Tech radiators and air conditioning 32777087

My TA22 is having the spare wheel well cut out and replaced with flat steel. The place making mine can make it any size you like and will be fully engineered.

Im doing the opposite. Im keeping my spare wheel as im trying to gain as much boot space as possible. Ill build the tank around it at work as an experiment and ill post some results once its done to see how it goes.

Where are you getting the designs from? They have to be folded and have crumple areas in areas specified by whoever makes the rules
I'm sure any dodgy engineer will engineer a fuel tank, but come crash time its your life.
My engineer was telling me a story about a tank he made for a Ute a while ago. A few days after the tank was finished and fitted, the owner was stopped at some traffic lights and a landcruiser hit him at 60ks from behind. The tank crumpled into a big mess and only leaked from a puncture hole that was made by a tow bar that was fitted on the front of the cruiser(which is illegal). After the insurance company inspected the mess and the engineers design papers, they agreed to pay for a new tank.
