hey ppl
now tell me if im dreamin or if im on to sumthin here. i was jus wonderin (coz i know dick about coverting cars....) if it was possible to convert a RA60 into an all wheel drive and if so would it b possible to throw say a 1JZ into it aswell?? sorry if this sounds completly fukin stupid but ive had sum ppl say it would b possible although others have sed im full of shit and should stop dreaming

gett a ford or holden 4wd gear box and probly thr front diff whack it on and boom you haff 4wd... but you need lllllloooootttttsssss of $$$$$$$$$$$$$ good luck and send me sum pics when your done...

1JZ comes with AWD (5 speed auto only) in Crown wagon in Japan.
I don't think it'd be that difficult seeing as your car is already RWD.
finding front hubs that take driveshafts to suit your car would be the big problem. Then positioning the engine/gearbox so the front driveshafts sit correctly.
Converting a FWD into AWD is a lot more difficult because new rear suspension has to be grafted on.
I'd have to ask why though?
The only time an AWD is more fun than a RWD is when you want to go through a corner on loose surface quickly.
