I have undone everything and hit the head with lots things but its not coming off. What is the best way to loosen them off without damaging the head? and yes all the head bolts are out.

is this a 4ac motor or 4age
ifs an 4ac the manifolds come off with the head,its heaps ezy,just use sum force wit a rubber mullet Smile

just use a bar to pry it between the head and bock!it will come no prob unless you have left a headbolt in place etc.
