heh - so the z28 motor went in the jag
Cools - you just fixed the flaw with that grand tourer ( the motor while huge has a very bad reputation for oil + fuel use) -
keen to see pics

we couldnt rev it, that sound is at idle - around 800rpm. Any more wouldve caused fire as the flames grow to about 2ft long!

Man that is fucking awesome !!!!
I have a mate who put a 350 in2 a jag it sounds awesome.
I know what you mean about the huge flames i got my old man 2 drive my landcruiser to the exahuast place with this system we made to keep the flames away from the fuel lines (the fuel tank is under the drivers seat) . It had these HUGE blue/red/orange flames And it was waaaaaaaaaay loud like you would not belive. we both had to wear ear muffs it was unbearable
I personaly wouldn't have used plywood though even though it didn't catch fire. But hey it's not fun if u don't do something dodgy
