Anyone dealt with Techno Toy Tuning???? Sun, 08 August 2004 03:27 Go to next message
Just wondering if anyone has delt with G. Tyler from Techno Toy Tuning. I bought $700+ worth of gear off them 2.5 weeks ago. It was ment to be sent in 3-5 working days but I didn't recieve it. I have sent 3 email asking if it has been sent yet and haven't had one reply back.

I am a bit worried that I might have been taken for a ride.

Has anyone been in contact with them lately

Cheers

Mad RS

I've delt with them before and had no problems. Remember they are in the US though, and I think 3 - 5 days is a bit unrealistic. Mine took around 2 weeks to turn up.

Cheers

Well that is the problem. The deal wasn't sent within 3-5 working days, it was delivered in 3-5 working days. I also paid the $100+ to get it sent asap. And this was 3 weeks ago. All I really want to know is if the package has been sent and what the id numbers for the package are.

I will have to bite the bullit and call them. I just find it annoying that I have sent 4 emails with no reply. $700 is a huge amount to me (struggling on students wage) and I am a bit paranoid about purchasing things over the internet.

Another thing I am worried about is if customs get there greedy hands on the package.

Interesting...

Maybe theyve taken our money and run?! haha.

Takai mentioned how good their RCA's are and the fact they turned up on his doorstep in 3days or something. I ordered them, that was 3.5weeks ago and still nothing (I asked for express). Although I did email them and they said they are waiting on the bolts to arrive (which is fair enough I guess).

But then Again Takai could be in on it.. its a global conspiracy.. designed to steal our $$ heh heh.

In All seriousness, they appear to be a top company who have good products and happy buyers. So Im sure the parts will get to ur doorstep (and mine) soon... hopefully. Confused

I'd say your package is being held up in Australian Customs, they usually take about a month before they contact you...

I've had a couple of dealings with Gabriel and have nothing but praise for his service.

If it's been caught in Customs, there will be a delay of 3-6 weeks while they sit around scratching themselves, then a bill will arrive in your mail box.

Yeah everything is worked out now. The items haven't been sent yet ( a little disapointed as i was led to believe that the items were available straight away) and the problem with going through customs is being rectified Very Happy .
