Yeah I was there, & had a pretty good time.
Alot of incredible cars, not an overwhelming prescence of rice, and some great drags.
2 WRXs pulled 9.8 second quarters, a 200SX with big slicks vs an old (FJ Holden?) ute with "Deno's" painted up the side, both pulling 10s or something like that. Lots of nice wheel stands & some impressive pre-launch burnouts.

I also scored a couple of old car manuals, with pretty comprehensive details on rebuilding a T50 (T40, K50 or K40) which I'll scan if anyone wants.
I took a few snaps with the digi cam, I'll put a few pictures up soon. My mate took plenty of short videos, I'll put a link up to them later too.

I was there along with Matt (TOYO3T)...

Some nice drags and hell nice burnouts from Gary Myers in his Mustang... It may be a Ford, but that beast is impressive...

The ute with "Dino's Cranes" on the side was an old Dodge...

Also, that green TA22??? Celica was nice with a Ford V8 motor resting in the engine bay... A nice orange RA28 Celica was there aswell...

That clip was mad! A mate at TAFE told me about the datto ute that launched so hard the tailgate hit the ground. I didn't imagine it'd look that psycho.

Quickest run was 7.9 by Cal-400 blown Torana.

DBRONX AND C&V WRX both ran 9.8, then C&V WRX ran a 9.4@148mph tonight slashing it.

Mrheli 1200 ute wheelstood and damaged his whole front end, wheely bar time.

The old pac rx3 ran a 8.2 with new driver after a few practice passes.

and VIctor Bray did some sweet tyre burning in his 2000hp 57 Chev burnout car =]
