Everyone who's using a Wolf3D Ver4 I need a couple of settings:
*What is you Post start enrich rate (Found under START on the hand controller)?
*Engine temperature compensation rate (Found under FUEL on the hand controller)?
Thankyou
Matthew

IRA11Y, What motor is this for? Also did you set up the engine temp comp using the PC software or just through the hand controller? The reason I ask is that you can modify the compensation rate at all the different temps. Thanks dude
Anyone else using the Wolf3D Ver4 or Ver3?

its for a 4age, they were all set via laptop on the dyno, the rate i gave is for pre start, i.e when you provide power to the ecu before cranking. are you asking for the scale? because the scale adjusts the overall values but the comp rate is an individual setting that is applied to the ms rate at each step regarless, i.e if your at 2.0ms and the comp adds 1.0ms at Xtemp then you get 3.0ms and if your at a higher ms rate it still applies the same dose untill the cut off rpm ... then the rest is to do with the decay rate and weither is set at linear or the other settings.

well it depends on the air temp.. below about 12C its still quite difficult to start, needs about 3/4 throttle to make it fire but im running cams too and part of the problem on start up is air velocity. however around 14C or higher i can crank and it will fire and run roughly by itself untill it gets warm then its fine .. but you have to remember that my engine is no standard item so will never really run smooth until its warm anyway.
