let it sit or turn it off?

When in your car and you have to stop (eg. waiting for someone) for a minute or so does it waste more fuel then to turn the car off and to start it up again or just let it idle?

Let it idle... less fuel usage and engine strain to get it back to idle again.

if its more than 5 mins, turn it off, otherwise idle
