the 100kw has no computer so if i get it fuel injected i have to buy that fuel lines, fuel pumps and all that shit but if i make it carbie less fuckin around

Carbs = buy carbs, manifolds, make up a dizzy, get it tuned.

EFI = get ECU, loom, and a few other sundry bits, you can get it all going at home on a Sunday arvo that way.

Never tell me carbs are cheaper+easier!

yes, 100kw is possible through carburettors. however i think you have badly indicted you want to put carbs on a 100kw 4age, in which case it will not be as driveable down low, will chew more fuel, will be more expensive to setup and tune than a stock ecu. but it will sound fucking phat, the best engine i've ever heard is an 86kw 4age on twin 40mm dellortos

You've obviously never heard a mechanically injected Chev on methanol with a 6/71 - they always seem to sound better to me than a big block also. However, on 4 potters, there's no reason injection with throttles can't sound the goods. However, show be a 4 potter with carbs, and any decent size to the cams, that will idle, then bring it back 2 weeks later and show me that it STILL idles nicely.
