Manual conversion MA70 bits

I am in need of all the bits (minus 'box) to convert an MA70 supra from auto to manual. If anyone can help, please let me know. Also, is the pedal box from a cressida or the like compatible?

I have an MA70 clutch pedal and spare master cylinder from when i did the conversion...
sell them together for ... $130 ? Otherwise seperatley if you want ... PM me if you are interested.

Thanks poombah, but I already have a W58 sitting in the garage. No Bellhousing tho, if anyone else can help!
