To answewr everyones questions.
This is for a set of 4 wheels. All in the exact same condition as shown in the pics. 2 are 9", 2 are 8".
As you can see from the pics, they have a mass amount of dish.
The tyres are Falken Azenis which is road legal race rubber. Awesome tyres!!
The polishing was done by Retro wheels in Mortdale. There are also new studs that go around the outside of the wheel.
If you want a guide for the price I m after, the rubber cost $850, the initial cost of the whhels with no rubber plus the cost of polishing and having offset changed $1350.
So a total of $2200. I can also include wheel nuts for the lucky buyer.
I have had an offer of $1700 so far and am waiting for the deposit. If it isnt received feel free to jump in.

That's not a bad price, considering the rims themselves are in the $500 each new.
Go for it Draven !!!!! They'll look majic on the MA61
Although the offset might make it a tad close to the guards (it was for me with +6 on 17x8"
Cheers

They would look awesome on a MA61. Thats for sure.
It is a shame I cant keep them myself, but they are just that little bit wide at the front for my car. Unless I downsize to smaller rubber. Thats got me thinking.
Draven, I will see you on Sunday. If it doesnt work out for you, I will sell the rubber and put 205 at the front instead.

It's the right bolt pattern, but with that offset and width I'm thinking they'd only just fit on a non-flared xA6x, let alone a sprinter unless it has heavilly modded guards

yes yes, I will be sure to take lots of pics of them on josh's supra (which is much sexier than mine) - and yes, it will amek you all cry.
All going well, they will be safely stored at my house on sunday afternoon
they wont fit a sprinter imho, or a cressy.
they will (I hope) *just* fit an ma61 with 225 rubber on the front.
All pure speculation of course the digicam will tell all

It will be toight!
The rear rims will sit in 17mm further than stock rims.
Id check for inner guard rubbing at the back with suspension travel.

part of me wishes they dont fit on Dravens car so I can keep them. Time will tell I guess.
Either way, they will be around on a nice Toyota I guess.

Decent price too!
Any pics on a white MA/GA61 yet?? That would look awesome.. almost enough to me me envious!!
anyone care to emplain to me the offset rule again?
0 offset? is this what gives it the deeper dish? explain the positive and negative etc..
Cheers guys. Good luck with sale - not that you'll need it!! hehe

"in" 17mm further?
stock offset is +7, these are -1
shouldn't that mean they wil sit further toward the guards, not the suspension?

The rear rims are 2 inches wider though.
That 2 inches has to go somewhere!

...but offset is measured from the centreline of the rim. So they will go more in AND out

ok, basically, being very close to 0mm offset, means that the measurement from the back of the wheel to the mounting face is half the diameter of the wheel.
these wheels will fit my TA22 because I have coilovers at the front and a narrowed diff. however I need narrower rubber, as in 40 series profile and perhaps 205 at the front and 235 at the back. The only issues I had with these wheels is that I couldnt get any steering at the front cos the rubber sits to high (50 series)
- offset means more dish
+ offset means less dish
ie. if you had an 8" rim = 200mm approx
mounting face to back of rim = 80mm
then 120mm is left on the dish side
half of 200mm is 100mm.
offset is -20mm, because the greater distance is on the dish side of the wheel

Ok, first of all big sorry to Draven.
I had last minute regrets and couldnt let these wheels go. I didnt have ur number mate, so I PM'd you to basically say I really wasnt keen to sell them.
Then I had a sleep because I worked a 13hr shift last night and was buggered, especially having to work again tonight (which I just got home from). When I woke up my girlfriend told me you had called, along with 3 other people. I recieved a message from you then messaged you back to say I had to work etc..
Once again, sorry.
So as everyone would guess, these wheels are no longer for sale. I am getting 40 series rubber tomorrow for them and I will sell the Azenis race rubber and my Superlites, as I will no longer need them.
PS. I know its no consolation, but if you want to come over and try them on so you can at least get some measurements, you are welcome. I did some rough calculations before and I think you may have trouble on the rear hitting the inner guard and the fronts on the flare.

Oh pooh, bugger and bum.
I think Jack is right re the rims/tyres hitting the flares, as with 17x8" +6 rims on the front of mine, they are pretty close.
Mind you jack, I may be interested in the tyres alone.
Give me a price including shipping to Adelaide and we'll see if we can work a deal
Cheers
