Just woundering if a 4k cam would fit in a 3k-h, and would it do any good, would i get any performance out of it, would i notice any difference?

yes and no.
K thru to 4K fit no worries (although check clearance at gearbox end to be sure).
almost all cams are same duration (16/50), but the KB (and maybe 3KB?) cams have a few more degrees (18/58).
all have same lift.
go on... get a 33/74   you know you want to.
