Try the Nolathane or SuperPro catalogs for your part. Otherwise I know where to buy solid polyurathane bits, which can then be made to size on a lathe.

At any auto parts store like Repco, Burson, AutoBarn. Or a suspension shop. There is probably polyurathane bushes already made for your whole car if you wanted to buy them.

Somewhere inside the tip I call my bedroom is a magazine with an article on mixing up your own polyurethane & making/modifying your own engine mounts. Looked easy, & cost fukall if I remember correctly. Let me just dig it out.......

Steve,
12-24 hrs i can handle. I think i read on a website somewhere that it takes 5 days. This is a bit too long for me as i dont want the car off the road
