As some may know, i recently was selling some UHF handheld radios i had been acquiring from jaycarwholesale, at a discounted price.
I have recently found out that i am now able to get just about any item in the range also at a discounted price, and so i am going to pass on the discounts to Toymods members and forum members.
This time around i am only taking orders via email. I will also answer any questions about what you want, the prices i can supply things for and what i can get etc etc, but only via email so that i dont have a thread 1000 posts long or something.
So yeah, if anybody wants ANYTHING that jay-car sells, i can provide it at a discounted price.
The payments will most likely be in advance via B-pay... unless you are a financial member of toymods then i can do things at meetings, cruises etc.
So if you want anything like Subs, Amps, Neons, CCFL lights, handheld UHF's, cables, speakers, electronics stuff etc etc... then let me know via email and i can sort things out with you.

Karl, I want the NIMh battery charger now and proly some of those tiny neon tubes soon... (Like the one that brad has in his car)... I was thinking one in each door behind the perspex and up under the dash to shine down on the footwells...

erm... well... it was kinda an idea incase someone from jaycar found this thru a search engine. i dont want to get busted ( i STILL work these), but i have worked it out and i cant really get busted for this. they cannot prove i am who i am.
ben.. how about some blue/pink colour changing neons, they are pretty choice and not so breakable. my mate has some in his ae92

I dunno... I definately want two blue CCFL lights for the door trims and proly just another 2 blue ones for the footwells...
I don't know what to do with the interior light yet... Maybe a red one to match the car or just another blue one to go with the rest of them...

Out of interest, can you get 'trade' prices, or 'better than trade'? I have one of those trade discount cards which gets me the second price bracket on items instead of the first, so long as I spend over $25, but I guess your deal is a beter wholesale or staff pricing, right?

And for the 2x150... u should be able to get them cheaper than $250...coz I know a guy who use to work Jaycar and he could get them for $160 or something. That was like last year.

Yeah i know... i used to have a guy that could get for 1/2 price.. so that would work out to be like $150-160 for this amp.. so what u say is right

ok, just to clear things up here.... i also work for jaycar. So i KNOW what i can and can't do.
1/ Rattlehead - I would like one of those amps (AA-0434) for $160, pity it's just NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. your friends are full of sh!t or wrauting jaycar. That is well below the list price for that amp.
2/ Midz - applying the "i can get anything 1/2 price" rule doesnt work. This is just not so, discounts vary form product to product.
3/ If i were to be passing off what is OBVIOUSLY staff prices (like your friends were obviously doing) then i wuold no longer work at Jaycar. I wuold like to know who those friends are so they can be fired, cos they are the ones who end up costing the legitmate Jaycar employees MORE.
4/ Like i said above, i am supplying goods through WHOLESALE, not STAFF discounts. Hence there are overheads to consider, GST to apply and then i add a couple of dollars for my own troubles (i have done a bit of driving to get this stuff to people).
Lucky for you people the Wholesale price has ercently dropped on the Amp in question... hence my new price is $235.
The 17AH SLA battery i can't find a price for but i will continue searching. Please people, im offering a service in MY OWN TIME, which i dont have to do. Please don't undermine me. I'd be more than happy for you to pay full retail if you aren't happy with what i am providing.

the point of issue is that he was buying them at staff prices (i can tell...) and that it is VERY CLEARLY stated that it's against the rules to purchase on staff to sell.. staff puch is for personal use only. hence why im usin wholesale.

discount varies.... Hi-q coaxials are damn good for a coax. They can handle crap loads of power, which is abnormal for a coax. They also sound pretty good.
6.5"= $60 each... hecn $120 for the pair.

gday matey i'm just wonderin if you are still doing this, i'm after a set of 6x9's what is the best jaycar make also what do they sell in the way of 12 or 15 inch subs and four channel amps stable to 2 or 1 ohm i'm lookin for somethin hi qual, i noticed the $90 for the 12 in titanium, is this sub good, is there anything better?, thanks champion
