i need to remove the plastic cover to get to the inside of the light to clean it, as i got a newer one on the pasenger side and it is brighter looking than the driverside one. is this possible? is there screws or clips?

I have the same problem, but alas I don't know how this can be done either
I've seen people with darkened parker lights (like those who dakren their tail lights, but on their parkers instead), so there must be a way. Unless they've just sprayed the outside of the plastic O_o
So far the only way i see to doing it is to remove the clear plastic from the glue, but that seems like a big hassle. Is there an easier way?
Yeah, if anyone can give us a hand, much appreciated ^_^

i don't think the plastic has faded it something on the silver backing inside. but if it can't be done then i will have to live with it.

Nah, never wanted that ^_^
I just have one parker that has no chrome lining inside it, so its just black.
But if it can't be done, I'll prolly just have to look to buy one that is all shiny and new looking.
But not a high priority, just wondering with Evan if the inside of the parker can be accessed.

yes, this has been done by just spraying the outside. What i used was the Tamiya smoke spray found in hobby shops.
There is no way to access the inside as it is glued on and the plastic will most probably shatter because of the brittleness due to age.

Speaking of Tamiya Polycarbonate paints. You can use their clear coat to make the plastic look like new again - nice and glossy!
Cheers

i highly recommend these polycarbonate paints, i painted my whole front splitter once with just 1 can of 'black' even that is high gloss by itself!
