I am wanting to know the same thing. I did some testing tonight. To start with, I think you should use closer to 150 main (bottom), and 150 air corrector (top). It depends on what size carbs they are, and the main venturi size.
I am using a 1812cc 2T-G, with 305 degree cams. I have 40m Solex carbs, 32mm venturi. 160 main jets, 140 air jets, 57.5 slow jets. Mostly, it runs realy well, good power. But I am still getting a small carb pop at 7000rpm which mucks up power alot and it will not like going to 8000rpm. I am thinking I need to go even small in the air corrector, like 130 or something. Anyone have more idears?
A mates standard 18R-G runs well with the standard jets. 125 mains, 140 airs I think.

i was told that i should have about 160 up top and down below, or maybe even go to a 170 or 180 down below, but no more than a 160 {i currently have 200 },
and u may know that u cant get solex jets anymore, but what u can do is, tap the air bleed jet holder in the emulsion tube to 5 x 0.8mm abd weber 32/36 just will fit, and they cost like $4 each
