2 Drags and a mountain run! Wed, 18 August 2004 11:34 Go to next message
Hey
Had 2 drags in one night
One was with vt commodore, both at rolling start at about 15kms an hour, i just catched the clutch as normal but once the clutch was engaged i noticed he was goin for it, so i did as well, kept up with him till about 120kms an hour and yeah we backed off... his vt had an exhaust...

next one was a proton gti, the 1.6 litre 103kw little rockets hehehe, same deal with the clutch catching as the first drag, he booted it, so did i, he had 3 ppl in the car, i just had one, he was gaining about 1/2 a car length every 3 seconds, pretty quick things...

on the same drive, i found this stock toyota celica st162 through the dandenongs going a bit harder than usual, so yeah i took an off road the same as him and following him down the track, it was completely dark and i didn't know the track too well, he must have been a local, but it was bloody awesome fun following him trying to keep up, awesome fun i tellz ya. Can't wait for rear sway bar...

Thanx for listening to my story Smile YAY

Adrian
