no ae82 came with a 4agze champ
its a 4a motor so it will fit easily (ie little or no modification) into any car that had a 4a motor in it to start with ie all ae82's 92's

no, you will remove the 4age and replace with the GZE, its almost a straight swap with some small modifications required.
What price are you looking for? could be very interested as you are close by too
