try Autobarn, tehre is a company called Gas Miser they deal in which does a few import Toyota motors (eg, 18R-GEU!)

yes i got mine through toyota, they also gave me a blown out mud map of the 1g with every part number of every thing on the engine 
your best bet in sydney would probably be penrith or castle hill toyota

I had a guy make me some 2mm copper gaskets, they cost me about $200 , most decent exhaust places should be able to make them
