Suggestions: video card with AV in/out

Hello all you computer geekzoids hehe,
Just after a video card with audio visual in & out, the typical ones you know yellow (video), red & white (audio).
I want to use VCR recordings and encode them onto DVD to keep on a more durable format.
And also plug the PC in and use the TV as a monitor for certain things (yes TV resolutions r screwed I know).
What would be the best or some of the better cards that have the needed to perform this? And prices?

My GeForce FX5700 does the job quite nicely. Audio is provided to the PC via the soundcard still though.
