 anyone who thinks the leaf sprung rear end, front heavy, pooir susp geometry and rotating ball steering is bettewr handling then the ae86 needs to be shot.

  Simon you sound like you must have owned one of those piles , i have and i would described is that way as well . The only good point about those cars is the engine , and there are
 such a crappy unpredictable handling car . Start with that and after changing every single suspension / brake component you have a car which is about as good as a mildly modded AE86 .
 Only good in a straight line , or as a bulldozer for trees .  Most have hopefully gone to the crushers , i send two there
