when i floor it occasionally it gets at 2500rpm and takes about 2seconds to pass 3000 rpm, it lags alot and its weird, it kinda hops aswell when it passes 3000rpm u can tell when it kicks back in any ideas anyone?

lol sorry i was in a hurry

its a 1990 corolla seca sx, 4age, 100kw,

mods is a 2inch from cat back, thats it all standard, tried playing with air filters and induction hoses, but standard was faster

air leak in induction somewhere? seeing as you were playing around in that area, i'd go over your repair work and confirm that it's correct.

there was a broken wire in a air sensor and we fixed it, thats all working fine thanks for the idea
